I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I got selected in HCL.
They asked me to share the documents , but they didn't share the offer letter, it's been 1 week already.
Do they take time in releasing offer letters generally , or am I rejected already ?

Also, they mentioned 5% engagement bonus , and 8% annual bonus, do they give full amount , or some part of it.

How much an average candidate can expect from these bonus ?

Also do they change base location post offer letter release?
My HR said first take offer letter and then request for location cahnge.
