Should I consider this offer. Deloitte has great flexibility, my last annual bonus was 3.2L. Does JPMC has flexibility and what other benefits do they offer?

Looking for input on a career decision. Me: 9 YOE, homegrown manager who is currently doing a stop in industry. I have an offer to return to consulting (M&A). My end game is pure strategy. Do I take the offer or wait for the opportunity to interview for pure strategy? My take is it’s more difficult to lateral the more senior you are in your career.

I’ve received an offer to join a V50 at market (Class of ‘19, T30). Im currently a boutique where I’m being paid $160k. Despite being told my billables would be 120-150, I’m averaging 200 a month. Partner kind of leaves me to figure things out, and when I inevitably make mistakes, can be very demeaning. Is it a no-brainer to jump ship?
