Leaving my position @ Big 4. I want to list some of my engagements on my LI profile, and get some recs from clients who liked me. Thoughts on posting client names or refs?
Accenture folks: where does the position "Junior Project Manager" rank in the hierarchy? Follow up question: what does the hierarchy look like?
Does anyone here has job openings at his workplace. I'm sick of this company. Don't know why I'm asking for it here.
Only time exit is row is useful/practical, when you have to plane side check your bag #gonnahavetowaitanyways
Exit opps for tech consulting if I don't want to do any more implementations? 3 years in and sick of this shit. I have no desire to learn anymore SAP or Oracle and my background isn't even in tech.
I know having a dog in this career is nearly impossible without hiring a sitter. But are cats ideal? I never had pets as a kid and now I want one.
Probably going to join Equinox this week. Anyone want my referral bonus? (I think you get $250 if I say you referred me.)
Manager - "She's done a great job with a very difficult client, I think she'll be great in her next role." Partner - "that's not what you said last week." Me - "😟😐"
I get the prestige/salary argument, but my role is more menial (slides, formatting) mgmt is way less supportive of me taking on more responsibility vs. smaller firm. Starting to regret making the jump
Found an awesome industry position. Description says it requires 5 yrs exp with bachelors, 3 with masters. I have 2.5 yrs, no masters (but have had really great internships since fresh yr). Have shot?
You know what is kind of sad? I've now learned that this one SM I have looked up to for the last year is kind of a mess. Nobody is perfect. Time for a new role model. Oh well
Just rejoined my old firm & an old mentor wants me to apply for a prestigious position w/in the firm. I want the job but don't want to burn bridges in my new office. Thoughts? Is it too soon?
Made the mistake of applying to a position with a recruiter who appears to have gone to university with my boss (abt 15-20 years ago). Am I screwed?

So burnt out from this project to the point where I'm considering seeing a psychiatrist - no one on my project/in my mentorship group seems to care about my mental health and I don't know what to do
That feeling when the HR/Talent head of your service line let’s you bill a project for the time they kept you on the bench and decided to go with another consultant. Thanks for the util!
The dream exit-opp
Last Friday I fulfilled a dream with an offer from BCG. I dropped out of high school due to a drug problem and made a real mess of my life, and managed to get back on track. I didn’t think I’d do it
Recruiter just pinged me from Parthenon (EY acquisition) with an interview offer anyone heard anything about them? I'm a BA at Deloitte right now.
What's the best way to get rid of credit card debt? I'm tired of rolling credit for many years and min payment.
Does anyone have any books recommendations on personal or career development? Anything that helped shaped you for a leadership position down the line? Thanks!
Has anyone had luck with tech recruiters/head hunters. Specialty for Chicago would be ideal. I'm a saas manager and looking to switch to client side in tech. #hadenough
If you could make the same salary you do now doing something mindless, like waiting tables, would you do it?
Do I pay out of pocket for transportation to the Q center and then get reimbursed? Or is there a code I give the transportation services to? Also, get picked up at ohare or my apartment?
