How to not feel guilty about slacking during notice period?

I will have 3 months notice when I put in my resignation at the end of this week and I don’t really care to overwork during that time. I will be leaving big 4 completely as well as the region so don’t think it will come back to bite me.

I was a high performer so I feel I will feel bad for the teams that I work with for slacking but it’s not like the company can do anything

If an employee mentions something disparaging or accusatory about their manager during an exit interview, how would you handle? What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? I.e. employee claimed the manager made a disparaging remark about an item of clothing being worn by someone in accordance with their beliefs. If you opt to share the feedback with the manager, would the manager have a legal case against the company or former employee?

What should I reasonably expect from a junior?

I manage a junior developer that's been with the company for about 18 months. I end up providing them of TON of support. I need to give them extremely detailed instructions or they fail. For bugs, I need to point them to a specific function that's causing the bug. For new features, I'm basically writing their method signatures and defining their test cases.

I've tried asking them to do more on their own, but when I do, they fail spectacularly.

What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify
