Transitioned from my first job (in-house at large tech company) to a boutique firm where "quality" is king. Problem is, every partner/client has their own idea of what "quality" is.

I am getting higher package offers like Nagarro permanent wfh. But i am hearing that Tcs will be good for WLB and less work stress. Is this true?
