I am currently a Recruitment Supervisor for a health system of about 20,000 employees. I have about 100 reqs as a recruiter and oversee 6 direct reports.

Networking! I actually left healthcare a few years ago at a health system with 70k employees. I went into consulting for 8 months and I am interviewing with Apple currently. That’s also a route if you’re interested.
Look into RPO recruiting. Many tech companies are now outsourcing in addition to their in-house team. You may have a better shot getting your foot in the door this way.
The more specifics you can share in your resume about your ability to source passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, the types of roles you source candidates for, and any tangible metrics related to your hiring efforts, the greater the likelihood your information will stand out to recruiters at these organizations. I would also recommend adding bullets related to any experience you may have in highly-regulated environments since the companies you list often have government contracts and additional regulatory oversight resulting from the import and export of goods and services and/or use of their platforms in multiple countries. If you have any experience with global HR and matrixed organizational structures, I'd mention that, as well.
LinkedIn connect with recruiting try searching “Meta R4R “ or “ meta recruiting recruiters , most of those companies recruiters are very active on LinkedIn.
You might have better luck if you are applying for roles that require a similar type of recruiting. Since your experience is volume recruiting, it might be easier to get in at Amazon recruiting for fulfillment centers, for example, vs. tech recruiting. From there, you can network and learn the skills needed to transition to something else if that is what you want. Also, I know these companies often hire contract recruiters so it might be easier to get in through a contract agency first, build your experience, and then interview for a full-time role.
