I’m a bariatric coordinator and an RN. I graduate with my MSN in executive leadership in December. I’ve always wanted to go into leadership. My CNO turned my current job into a “leadership” position. I feel like all of this was done in attempts to get me to “be quiet”. I feel so overlooked, and under appreciated. I’ve been a nurse for 8 years, and worked 7.5 years in high risk ICU. I’m a civil/environmental engineer that works for local government. Is like to work on design projects on the side. I’ve heard the private sector is booming. Lots of companies are offering remote work. Are there any companies hiring part time?

I have built social media and influencer programs for starts up for the last 8 years. I recently had a very unprofessional experience recently going through an interview process. I had 3 rounds of interviews already, did an amazing case, my last interview was scheduled with the CMO, the day before the interview I am told that the CMO wants someone who has big brand experience like Taco Bell or Nike. It blew my mind because this is a start-up too & that my qualifications don’t even matter.
