I recently found out that I was being paid less than everyone in the team (more than 25% gap to more expe teammates, around 15% less than new hires)
We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:

Non-white
Non-male
What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?
Speaking up? How? With who?

While Indian consulting folks supporting the US folks do the bulk of the analysis, churning out the data and making the ppts, all the US folks do is attend meetings. Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)

1) How is EY India? I have asked people working there and everyone has said positive things about the organisation. Wanted to double check.

This is for a guidewire role.

What’s the “secret” to doing good work in transactional (specifically securities) law? Is it as simple as taking your time, looking up rules where necessary and going through the docs slowly/making comments as needed? When you know no one will bother you during the day - for whatever reason - and you have a full day of drafting ahead of you…. Do you work high? Or is that an absolute no-no? I find that I get really hyper focused on details while high which can help with drafting, but just wondering if anyone else does this too.
