I feel really lethargic everyday. It helps if I exercise in the morning to be more active, but sometimes there’s just no time for morning exercise. I’ve been thinking about getting a standing desk to help with this? Any thoughts of this will help? Or something else that might help? Thanks!

I recommend a stand up desk and also a donut cushion for when you’re sitting. Sometimes I march in place when working to kinda keep me alert.

Instead of morning, I make sure to exercise around 9-10pm every night, then head to bed. I find it easier to stick to this routine than in the morning. I also recommend vitamin D and B complex.

I bought a standing desk too, didn’t help much - exercise and just standing while working doesn’t compare.

Every time I get up from my desk I do a set of jumping jacks, high knee taps, squats and push-ups. It literally takes a few minutes but gets my heart rate up.

If you think you have significant fatigue throughout the day, then you might want to look into a natural cleansing protocol (Global Healing Center, Medical Medium, etc.). I agree with the other posters about drinking more water and doing exercises throughout the day; however, the cleanses are a great step for overall health and you might have already tried some of these things.

Hi all, healthcare question here. If premiums are equal and my employer is funding my deductible under HDHP up to the deductively under the PPO plan being offered, then which plan is preferable and why? I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Mental Health, inherited or choice? I am finding myself struggling with processing that ADD, Depression, or Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain vs. behavioral therapy. The best analogy given to me is you would treat diabetics with insulin so why not consider prescriptions to help mental health. 2020 has thrown more at me than I’m able to handle.
