I got a screening call from Tiger Analytics HR for the Data Engineer role (I am in USA and role is also in USA) on 6th Mar, she said the 1st round interview will be scheduled in next week. Today is 17th Mar and she has not scheduled and also she is not responding to mails and calls (sent 4-5 mails and calls were made, but there was no response). Should I wait?

What are the best responses for “a time when you led a team” in a consulting interview, for someone who has not had a managerial position (1 yoe) before? I also don’t want to use an example from undergrad so I’m kind of stuck. What are they really looking for in this question? Initiative? Impact? People skills? And how would you differentiate this vs “a time when you worked in a team”

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role.
