I would see if the team could get in the practice of sending recap emails that outline the key points that came out of the meeting (ie status of projects if applicable), list out next steps and who’s responsible for each step. Would be a good way to get the key points in writing and is overall a good practice to make sure everyone took the same thing away from the call.
Ya. Listening more will make your ears sharper.
I thought I understood English pretty well until I came across Scottish and Welsh accents. Couldn't understand a thing!

A1: I read it very clearly, and it is definitely a “problem” as you say it here in the US.
You can disagree all you want, no issues. But people in the US seem to have this misguided perception that their way of speaking and conducting discourse is the ultimate way, and the ignorance feigned by people grown up in this country is often baffling.

Google Meets has a closed-captioning feature that attempts to transcribe dialogue. I find it useful in dealing with different accents. You’re PwC also so you should be able to use it.
I think part of it is also mental, if you have an open mind on how some words can be pronounced slightly different and still make sense and not focus on a "correct" pronunciation it can help
