I had an eating disorder in high school but recovered once I started college and was doing fine up until early this year. With working remotely and everything just frankly being chaotic, I’ve found myself slipping back into ED habits and have lost 20 pounds since March. On the plus side, I think I look great but know my weight loss wasn’t healthy. Can anyone else relate to this? And if so, how are you managing keeping your ED under control?

Same boat minus the actual weightloss. Struggling hard with the mental aspects: obsessing over food, serious guilt, spiralling negative thoughts.
I wish I looked great but instead I feel sad, self-loathing in a way I haven’t in a long time.
Know that you’re not alone and that stress effects us all differently. Please feel supported in seeking help before you have to go through gruelling recovery again.

Hi Fishies. Im 31 yrs old,spouse 33 yrs old. We are going with IVF due to male factor. Today we got PGT results from CCRM Boston. Among 7 embryos, 5 came normal. 1- 5AA(male), 1-5AA(female),1-4BB(tier2,female),1-4AA(tier1,female), 1-4AA(tier 1, male). What is the best embryo among them? This is my first IVF. I suffer from depression. Currently on 150mg Venafaxcine. It seems my depression is worse in the day and I come alive at night. Has anyone experienced this with or without Venafaxcine?

From a financial standpoint in this market, which would be a better approach in Austin -

1. Buy a ~8-850k house that meets most of our ideal criteria (size, schools, interiors etc) to stay long term

2. Buy a ~5-550k house that’s not ideal with the plan of moving into an ideal home in 4-5 years when kid is ready for school.
