Don’t ask anything technical (see this a lot with interviewees). MDs are relationship rainmakers and not modeling whizzes
Be normal and just make small talk. As someone else said don’t ask questions as if it’s an interview because it’s not, it’s an intro conversation. Ask them about themselves, their career, how they’ve enjoyed banking, etc. Look for opportunities to fit in some comments about your career and your interest in IB but as naturally as possible, which is easier said than done but the idea is not to just force out “I want to move to IB because….” Also make sure you know what the IB job actually is, and what kind of IB work they do. Once I made the jump to IB, I got a lot of DMs from random people (which is common for anyone in IB) asking for referrals, intros, etc. and most of them generally didn’t know what the job actually entailed

The usual - assuming you’re speaking with this MD in the hopes he/she will help you in your quest to break into IB, stay away from asking about anything compensation related/IB pay, their ex wife/husband, work-life balance, etc.

You want to avoid prying into sensitive proprietary company information because usually the info could jeopardize the bank’s competitive advantage. That said, avoid questions like how many hookers do you bang, how much blow do you do, etc.
