I have a coworker who’s been here for over 20 years and knows the ins and outs of everything, but they are super dismissive of new ideas, they act offended anytime I suggest something different. It's immediately “that’s not how we do things here.” I've pushed a little and it almost ended with them having a meltdown. How do I handle this situation, should I just back down indefinitely?

I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him. Management knows but does nothing about it. He really is a nice guy so it’s hard to hate him but I’m gonna lose it sooner or later. I was able to see her entire employee file..even her address. I was really freaked out and I went to another profile and the same thing happened, I was able to see this person's emergency contact. Is this fucking normal? Should I say something and will I get in trouble for looking at a colleagues file?

First time BDR here 3 months into my role and really struggling to book qualified meetings. The BDR that had my territory last was one of the worst performing on the team and since he inherited a new territory he’s been a top performer. I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks.
