I have a ton of confidence in Amazon, Google, Apple, and Microsoft. After maxing out my tax advantaged accounts (401k, HSA, etc), would it be dumb to throw all my extra money into stocks of those companies?

Is it possible to be a “silent” investor (party A) with a friend who’s an accredited investor (party B)investing in a company? So if B is investing $50k in a company, and A wants to give B $25k of that investment, is this possible with an agreement between A and B, where they’re responsible for their own portion of taxes?

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.

I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.

Has anyone here considered leaving healthcare altogether? I am really drawn by a role in tech, but I know it's such a big leap. I have a friend who did this though, and she is making even more than I have made as a travel nurse. Is it an anomaly or a real possibility?

Ok here’s a question. How many agencies ask their producers to do creative resource management? Enter their schedules into a large database, assign creatives to each part of the schedule, and estimate creative hours for each step. We have no creative resource manager (obviously).

I am doing a back door Roth IRA through Vanguard and while everything makes sense to me, I am unsure if an additional $6000 be invested for a non working spouse. We satisfy the criteria but two questions - 1) Is this still valid I.e., $12k can be invested for 2021?
