I have been in Engineering Sales for over 12 years with reputed companies such as Flowserve, Emerson, Torishima Pumps, and Arvos Group, I moved to Canada in April 2022 to pursue my MBA. I was wondering if, with good experience and an international MBA, I would be able to up my career pretty well. After graduation, as I post my resume on job portals, I am disappointed to know the job market is not doing well.

I’ve been approved for a transfer to the AUS office. Early 30s couple, no kids, small dog. Wife will work for the state but doesn’t have an office assigned yet. There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. How do you assess your client time as billable or non-billable? We are currently reviewing our time card process and want to better establish groundwork for differentiating between the two. Further to that, do you have your time members log their time and categorize it as Billable/Non-Billable upon submission? or does the Account Manager review submitted time cards and assign each based on the work being logged?
