I just got a job offer for $85K with non-guaranteed quarterly bonuses of 10%. The bonuses would be dependent on the production growth of the agency and they have paid out 6 of 8 bonuses these past 2 years. It's a small start up agency. I'm currently with a large corporation making $72K and my raise and bonus for this year was only 3% each with no room to negotiate. I know I'm currently overworked & underpaid. Is this a good offer? Should I accept?

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
