I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. While we all understand ADHD is something attorneys are completely capable of managing with legal positions, not everyone in the field agrees with that. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_va66ztgmkw

How you askin for a sugar daddy but paying tithes
LOLLLLLL I’m dead this is so funny
Maybe cut back on gambling (crypto)
Thank you for this!
Enough is relative boo. Re- assess where your money is going now. I’m sure it’s more than “enough” #begrateful
One, congratulations on a good performance outcome.
Two, no judgment, everybody's situation and definition of "enough" is different. I notice you didn't include student loans in that list; congrats.
Back in high school, we did budgeting and I lost points for allocating too much to savings and not enough to play money. I'm averse to risk and all about the savings and investment, but given your list - let's assume rent is reasonable and leave the tithes alone - that might be a lever to look at. You know your numbers.
I can say that this gets better over time. Then you may have a family and it gets way worse again, then slowly gets better again. I empathize with the stress.
I hope I get there because it’s a bit stressful for me. I don’t even have kids, nor am I married… or own my own home and I’m feeling like this already.

Friend, if you’re able to pay for living AND do all that, you’re doing well… perhaps cut back a little on donating if you feel it’s impeding on other aspects of you life.
I think it’s interesting that you put crypto into the same category as savings and investments.
$100 dollars here and there for crypto. Most of it has been going to fidelity
Church donations is how much? Is food factored in somewhere?
Those donations will add up quick. I'd probably decrease that number, unless it's really important to you. I donate maybe $500 a year (even then, not always) and have a similar financial situation in HCOL city

Cut the tithes. Volunteer your time.
How much do you make, where do you live , and how much are you spending on rent and a car?
Is the $3200 after expenses?
Confused on how you went from $7500 (90k) to $3200. Even with taxes, 401k, ESPP, health care premiums, HSA etc withheld it is still a big drop.
Do you live in a high tax State/City? How much are you putting into 401k / ESPP / HSA?
Your basic needs are met, and you have room for spending beyond that. If you don’t learn to feel like you have enough now, you’re not going to reach a magic number that makes you feel like you do.
Why do you think you don't have enough money?
Asking because your needs are met (then some), and you're donating and saving a large amount of money.
Try to get rid of the car and the donation. That’ll save you a ton.
Maybe consider moving to a city that doesn’t require you to have one, if possible?
