Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. I have "sold" (support on sales & new roles through relationships) plus I have solid delivery experience. I really want SM 😀😀😀 EY

currently interviewing at fb. recruiter reached out. you’ll need an inhouse tech exp on top of ur agency experience to rly stand out
I currently work at FB. I had a recruiter reach out to me. Do you know anyone? A referral will at least get you a response.
I would ask them to submit you. It guarantees a response. The public job listed have been listed internally well before that so it could very well be that what you’re applying for is in the final stages. A referral often triggers a recruiter screening even if rejected for the role.
I've previously interviewed at FB. A recruiter reached out. They pay the best in the tech industry and can afford to be extremely choosey in their talent. If you stand out a recruiter will reach out.
Why do you want to work for fb?
I want to exit the agency world. My pre-advertising days were based at tech shops and I’d like to return that realm.
