I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

I think one of the challenges might be the lack of experience managing budgets and forecasting from being a strategist on the agency side. Maybe consider an MBA or a leadership course to strengthen your understanding of the financial side of the business?
Don’t do that. If anything switch to Account Management but honestly I’d stick with strategy and look at course to round out your experience.
Make sure you have worked on a brand in the sector your applying to, and/or a close adjacency. That might make the list of target businesses smaller, but at lease you’ll be able to make the leap across. And the obvious; make sure you know the sector you’re moving into and can talk semi knowledgeably about it.
