I like WFH but feel like the "work environment" is tougher. I only have one person I talk to outside the provided chat channels. Meanwhile, a lot of contacts are unnecessarily passive-aggressive or cold. Basically, the isolation feels more challenging, especially after difficult calls. Does anyone have advice?

I feel that way too. I love the work from home environment but I too feel like I have lost all social human interaction. I feel like all I talk to are my kids and my husband anymore. I try to go out with my best friend ever so often but she works too and she has a family life so it's just so hard.

Thank you for sharing. It helps to know I'm not alone at least.

These are the cons of remote work that people would rather not talk about. Have you considered getting a pet? Having a cat has somewhat made my long days shorter, honestly. You could also do evening walks to the park. I enjoy making small talk with strangers just to get my mind off things.
