I received an offer from BMC at the base pay of 12 LPA.
What's the monthly in-hand amount that I will receive after deducting taxes and do I need to make the investments to save taxes?
Please help me with the finances as this is my first job and I need to save money to support family too.

You will recieve around 80 to 84 k as salary. You will have to pay taxes but you can save by investing in NPS under 80 C

Not all 50k but yes around 20-30k. Since you are not in 30% bracket

Hello Fishes, I have a Job offer from Cisco and Verizon(VDSI).

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.

Or do I need to file Married Seperately?

Does anyone know what’s going on with my philodendron? Good thing, bad thing, or just a thing that happens? Anyone have some insight?

I know I'm in the minority here (and I swear this isn't a brag) but is anyone else less stressed this busy season working from home, and finding issues focusing because of it? My work is getting done, but just very very slowly. I'm able to sleep throughout the night and not wake up early (which is a huge negative right now) and literally feel no need to stay glued to my computer as in prior years. Am I broken?
