I received an offer from Google and I’m quite disappointed about the compensation. I applied for a Program Manager position at Google Cloud located in Waterloo. i’m currently up for promotion this quarter and am projected to make $132K . Google offered me a TC that is below this. I have 3 YOE. I would appreciate all your help and input to negotiate this offer as I’m super interested in working for Google.

Google’s offer: Base = 92K, Equity = 56K, Bonus= 15% of base. L3.

Let’s say you have two young, high income partners in a couple who want to buy a house together but don’t really care to get married.
