Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

I’m sorry you feel that you’re being lowballed, but, that’s what Google appears to be doing nowadays. As far as your comp goes, is this before or after a round (or many) of negotiations? I’ve seen base of $110k for L3 in Canada, don’t think Waterloo is an exception. RSU can most certainly be negotiated up, I’d suggest you start at $150k and reach somewhere in the middle. That should put you at a competitive TC. ATB!
OP not really sure whats the comp band for Program Manager ladder but I just accepted an offer for 185k TC at Waterloo office for a tech role for L3.
I asked for 130k base plus 15% bonus plus 37k cad per year equity
They gave me 100k base plus 15% bonus plus 74k cad per year equity. In USD, Total they gave me 169k equity for 4 year which translates to 218k CAD I think you can ask for at least 180k of equity. (USD). Lets see what they say, you can meet them in middle around 160 170
Is that the average equity annually or total over the 4 years?

4 years, due to the TC which OP mentioned.
