I recently changed a company and my package is 40+ but the work environment and the tools used are completely new to me. I want to work somewhere where there is fixed working hours and an easy job even if it's paying me around 20 lakhs only. I have 14+ years exp. What are such jobs that I can take up please? I am not a coder, I am kind of like a system admin. Please help.

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

I currently live in NYC and my lease is up in October. Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

I have an offer that I was about to sign, but saw that priority dates for filing in EB2 are already at sep 2014 this April.
