Deloitte question. I have always gotten a raise each year, the only question I ask is how much of a raise do I get. But I’m hearing from former Deloitte folks, it is naive to expect annual raises each year however small/big they are? And how does this play in Deloitte consulting vs advisory? Do one tend to withhold annual raises in base salary over the other, or is this just a deloitte culture thing? Looking at exit opportunities all over. So lmk! I’d Rather get a small raise than none at all.

What’s the promo ?
Did same switch a year ago and agree biggest advantage is worldwide data, no issues or charges. I miss the ability to browse on LTE while on conference calls, but the cheaper price for more is worth it. Slight dip in coverage in NE, but I find I’m better off in most airports for some reason.
Yes, just make sure you choose the one plan or another that includes international data/txt as a service. I’ve been to Iceland, Europe, Singapore, Mexico, and Brazil: no fees and no “international plan” setup.
And yes, you can browse while calling, but speeds are 4g, not LTE, so it’s super slow unless on WiFi
All good now. Depends where you travel but all major cities should be fine.
Promo?
I travel between Seattle, SF, and LA. The promotion is unlimited everything + free Netflix @ $120 for 3 lines.
That is normal pricing with T-Mobile. Netflix is free with 2 or more lines I believe.
I’m happy with TMO
Switched last December. No issues except some more rural parts of Vermont where is basically Verizon only. Free (slow) data worldwide is a game changer though. No more SIM deals from sketchy retailers in airports is great.
Tmo is good, great customer service. If you are coming from att like I did you will notice that unfortunately that coverage isn’t as great. Hopefully with the sprint merger it will help
Crappy service in NYC
@C2 is that true? T mobile doesn’t charge international fees?
@C2 I can browse while on calls
@EY3 Yes and no. Depends on the plans
