I was applying for a consultant job at McK but never thought i will be chosen for the interview. Any tips how to prepare for the interview in 2 weeks time? Any recommended coaching program? I havent done any preparation. Last time i did casing was 8 years ago. I am very nervous right now.

Join birlasoft one month back, but didn't get any project yet. Till now gave two client round perform well in both but afterwards didn't get any kind of response from RMG. RMG people are also not too interactive, they hardly respond to the pings.

Feeling a bit uncomfortable now as in my 8years career it is happening the first time that I am idle for a whole month, also there is no one to interact with. This whole atmosphere is now making me loose my confidence.

I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. I get a different reason everytime (after going through the whole process). This has never happened earlier in life and now I don't know what else to do. I have worked as a strategy consultant (& a researcher). Should I change lines? Where else can I try?
I can't apply to boutique firms since Dutch is mandatory

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

So I have been made an offer by a company I like but it’s pretty similar to my current package (I also like where I am). The recruiter is pretty intense and is pitting me against another candidate but says I’m the number one choice and is asking me for a number to say yes “but not too high or the team will look at the other candidate”
I’m close to send them to get stuffed. I’m also awaiting a promo and interview feedback from Google. Any advice?

Interviewed yesterday but couldn’t get the salary range from the recruiter until I told her my current compensation. Does that frustrate anyone else? I hate that.

Applied here and interviewed (presumably to the final round) and didn’t end up with an offer, I think due to the specific experience I’ve had so far. Received offer from BCG for ECT AD role. Read numerous comments about ECT being not attractive compared to Generalists track. Also heard challenges about billability/utilization. Any views/guidance is appreciated.
