I have been interviewed and selected for a role in EY UK. The status of my job application is “congratulations on receiving an offer from EY”.
However I have not received any email yet.
Can someone confirm which team sends the final offer coz the HR is saying that he has processed everything from his side.??EY

How come you ended up generalizing your experience to all non profits?
Interesting, makes sense for a tight knit smaller company to be petty and act together both private or non-profit. Unfortunately any team big or small can do that, sounds like a bad environment I hope you find something better!
Well. Um, I don’t think homophobia is a thing. It’s OKAY to be against homosexuality. I love gay people, but that doesn’t mean I celebrate their Sin. Grow up Child. People Disagree.
Thats a take for sure… why bother being open and accepting all people just harmlessly trying to live their own life when you could just not
What exactly happened and what did they push on you?
Sorry to hear that. It must have been very stressful for you. I hope you find a better job that appreciates you
Which nonprofit was this?
Yes id like to know that too. I would not like to work with them at all if I can avoid it.
From reading your comments, it sounds like you became more of a liability risk than an asset to them. Non-profits don't have the insurance coverage or financial means to go through a long drawn out court battle over infringements on protected classes in the work place. I'm not saying don't speak up for yourself, but I am saying be aware of the position you put yourself in when you do. As well as if they put all of that extra work on you and you admitted to not being able to manage the load. HR can and will find legal ways to separate when an employee becomes to high of a risk to the company.
Its funny how people can read into their own guilt. I was not a liability I was a voice and NEVER will I feel ashamed or sad by speaking up for what is right. This, the very thing you speak of is why we have people like Donald Trump sitting in office. You can not ask me to serve Filet Mignon when your giving me shit and asking me to make miracles, IT CAN NOT HAPPEN. Not while the money your supposes to be spending on feeding people your pocketing. FOR the rest of my life I will always speak up against injustice. I was NEVER a risk when you break laws to appease the master
I'm sorry this happened to you. Please name and shame this company so I can make sure not to do business with them.
The company will not surprise you its located in Brooklyn, Bushwick, you can do your research from there
Non profits are just as antagonistic as any workplace.
