My expertise is in statistics, with some experience building data science models in Python. I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I own two commercial rentals in heart of a tier 1 city. Opposite to my space is a mom and pop store. I have become somewhat friends with the owners of the mom and pop store over the years and they would do one of favors for me when I asked to take care of the rentals.
