I absolutely think it's possible. If he makes $250k and therapist can make anywhere from $75k to 100k so you both should be fine assuming you're living together
No loans on either side and your bf makes $250k? You should be more than fine to go back to school. Are you dead set on living in NYC forever though? Because that's the only part of this puzzle (aside from all the going out) that might not be sustainable. I think as you get older, you are also less inclined to go out as much so you might have to be smart with your budgeting for entertainment.
On a salary basis? Yes, especially if you work in a speciality that could pay more or work for a private school even as an on campus therapist
