I have an accepted an offer from Oracle and around 8 days are left for my joining. But right after getting Oracle's offer I received an offer from another company with similar package but my preference is to join the second company.

How much does “experienced” consultant makes at Guidehouse? Someone Ik got an offer from them and his only work experience is one year at a boutique consulting firm. He says the offer is around 100k, which is hard for me to believe because the fact he doesn’t have a degree 🤔 not trying to bad mouth him or anything just trying to figure out if my life has been a complete waste. Firm has applied for my GC but i dont have an approved i140 yet. My GC application and my home office location is in state X. And i’m planning to move to a state Y which is under 50 miles from my old home location. So my question is, if I change the states but the new location is under 50 miles will that be a problem for my green card application?
