I'm a little over the weight limit for serving in the Air Force but it's my dream, so I would appreciate any advice on how to lose weight quickly

HIIT (high intensity interval training) and cleaning up your diet a bit can have a big impact.

Head to the doc and make sure your health is solid. Walk everywhere you can, do strength workouts, HIIT is brilliant, and really clean up your diet. Farewell, processed foods.

Losing weight quickly is definitely possible, and to make sure you have a long-term success, it's important to build sustainable habits while keeping in mind that results require dedication and hard work. To get started, focus on eating healthier foods such as lean proteins, fruits, vegetables and whole grains. If you want to accelerate your weight loss goals, then look into exercising regularly

First of all contact a person specialized in the area of nutrition, and talk about your intention to lose weight and belong to the air force, remember that when you enter you will be trained so you must have enough energy to resist that.

If you are very high it would be a problem but if not it is not a problem because with the training to belong to the air force you will surely lose that extra weight in a very short time.

You could focus on eating a low calorie diet that includes lean proteins, veggies, fruits, and whole grains. Additionally, be sure to incorporate regular physical activity into your daily routine as exercise can help burn extra calories and build muscle. It’s best to stick with a combination of cardio activities such as running or biking along with strength training exercises like lifting weights.

Have you tried the keto diet? It is a functional trend of the moment, it helped me lose 4 kilos in 1 month and I did not do it to the letter, that is if you change your eating style a lot.

I'd suggest starting by consulting with a nutritionist or registered dietitian who can create a plan specifically tailored to your needs. Additionally, try to incorporate regular physical activity into your routine; aerobic activities such as jogging, swimming, and biking are great options that can help you burn calories and build muscle

There is a diet called the lion's diet for 1 month, this diet helps your body get rid of that annoying fat that does not move, and at the same time, it teaches the body to absorb more energy from proteins and not depend on carbohydrates to fill you up on energy.

The fasting diet is something that takes a bit of time but it helps you improve your metabolism and change eating habits, if it is just a little above there will be no problem losing weight.

My advice is that you start training yourself, mind and body, eat healthily, train a lot and be responsible with your body and mind, that is a way of preparation because what is coming will be strength training for the air force is one of the most stressful in the armed force.

There are many ways to lose weight that are in fashion, but it is best to find two people, a personal trainer and a nutritionist, these people are sometimes 2 in 1, they do both and thus improve your physiognomy and physical condition while losing weight. weight.

Losing weight quickly isn't always the best idea since it may cause more harm than good to your body. The key is to focus on making sustainable changes and promoting a healthy lifestyle. First, you should try to cut out sugary drinks and snacks from your diet, as these are not only calorie-dense but contain empty calories and lack nutritional value. And get plenty of exercise. This doesn't mean you need to train for an Iron Man competition, it can be simple activities like running, swimming, or cycling.

By following a calorie-controlled diet and exercise plan tailored to your individual needs, you can start to see results within a few weeks.

Weight loss is 90% diet and 10% exercise. A young guy like you could probably get down to fighting weight in a few months by just eating healthy. Don’t try to starve yourself. Make a lifestyle change. Quit sugar now. When you want to eat and you know you shouldn’t, then grab a tall glass of water and choke it down. Walk a lot! Ease your way into exercise so that you don’t hurt yourself. Utube is loaded with great weight loss plans that can become a very healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

If u join the air force definitely you’ll loose weight period, coz of the training and food they served everyday..

Good evening all,
With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then. Any similar experience to share?
