I'm a senior developer, Currently working as senior software Engineer, got job Capgemini. In the HR round they said I would be give Senior consultant Role but in offer letter they mentioned as Manager C2 role. Will this affect in future?

I think because of higher salary they changed my role to Manager. I had counter offer so they processed for 28lacks package which includes 10% variable pay.

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??
