I need help with my interviewing skills
I had my interview with Cognizant last month. HR round and salary discussion was completed on 27th September. The HR said offer letter would be released within 2weeks. Now it's already 2weeks. But I didn't hear back from the HR. What shall I do?Accenture Accenture India Tata Consultancy Capgemini
Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. A BCG recruiter ghosted me after she reached out to schedule an interview. How long should I wait before following up? What is the common courtesy to give to ppl at BCG. I don’t wanna come off as too aggressive but I really need to get this interview set as there are other pending confirmations Boston Consulting Group
I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Interviewing can be a long process (plus start times are often flexible), so in all likelihood your partner will have plenty of notice. It sounds like your partner is already open to moving, so why not talk about whether there are any cities that are a definite “no”, and then start applying for ones in cities where you both are open to moving? There’s no reason not to start applying now, assuming your partner truly is ok with moving.
This is exactly what we did (although my partner works remotely even pre covid). We loved chicago but agreed I would focus on 2 markets that were nearer to family. We moved in late September and are very happy we did.

So many jobs are remote for at least another 6 months if not longer. Apply and see what happens. If you did get a job that would eventually require a move your SO would have months to find something else and it sounds like they would like to move as well. Just make sure you are both on the same page about new cities you’d like to move to.
I don’t want to apply to a job that seems cool and on par with what I’d like to do and get an offer then turn it down based on my circumstances. Has anyone ever dealt with this?
