I’m an SDR in San Francisco making a $65k base with a $95k OTE, and rent alone eats up nearly half my paycheck. I’m learning a ton, but financially it feels like I’m treading water. I keep telling myself this is just paying dues, but sometimes it feels less like a stepping stone and more like slow burnout with a nice logo on my résumé. I don’t want to jump too early and stunt my growth, but I also don’t want loyalty to turn into complacency. How long did you stay in an SDR role before pushing for more?

Has anyone gotten to the point where it is physically painful to try and concentrate? Not sure what to do at this point; had Ritalin for a bit, but I adjusted in like 10 days before the benefits went away. Now I’m scared I’ll just keep getting worse
