My take home pay is about 68% of salary if that helps.
As long as you don’t choose the newest model you don’t have to pay anything for the cost of your phone. There are three different tiers of health insurance options: high, middle, and low deductible. I have the high deductible plan (including HSA) and pay about $180/month to cover myself + spouse
Includes taxes, benefits, and 6% 401k.
Cell Phone bill is paid for each month by the firm. You pay a portion of the cost of the phone when you first get it. I Don’t have the health insurance numbers handy.
It’s like ~$70 per month for the cheapest plan. And they put roughly $60 of that into an HSA for you to cover the deductible.
All helpful thank you. Pwc2- so does take home account for salary minus taxes and health insurance, or is 401k in there too? Because knowing a rough percentage would be probably most helpful
My take home is around ~68-70%, including health insurance (including vision, dental, and maximum HSA contributions) & 401k (I put in 6%)
I’m assuming that includes everything, but that % will vary drastically state to state depending on if you live somewhere with or without income tax.
Lmao this sounds like an HR question
