I found setting clear boundaries and priorities really helped me improve my workflow. I started by blocking out focus time in my calendar and only attending meetings that directly impact my project. If it’s still overwhelming, try having a candid chat with your manager about managing your workload.

If you are not adding or gaining value from a meeting, politely tell the organizer that you cannot make it and reach out if any actions need your attention.

Did the meeting organizer mark you as a required attendee? If not, respond as "might attend" and attend if your schedule allows or if the organizer reaches out to you. If that fails, discuss with your manager.
