I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

Are you just oversubscribed? They say in b-school back in my day that there are three parts to an MBA: 1) education, 2) fun / friendship, and 3) job search.
You need to choose 2 from the above. There isn't enough time in the day to do it all.
Think of the lousiest job you ever had. If you ever worked a summer job for minimum wage, visualize what that was like. Think if you had to still work like that. And give yourself a good hard kick for not focusing on the opportunity you have in your hands. You're in a privileged position, wake up and embrace it!
Get an internship or part time work
Try to think about the short time you have to do this, and try to refocus on the reason that you went to business school in the first place. School is not for everyone, that's for sure, but most programs are no more than 2-3 years. You just gotta find a way to focus on the parts of business that you find interesting!
Try to make some close friends and continue to support each other. Whenever I think about the effort my friends were putting in, it motivates me to continue to work harder.
