Hey! How long does it take to get promoted from Associate to Consultant in KGS?

If you start as a Program Manager, how/when do you begin to advise people as a people lead? I’ve heard Program Managers are not people leads. I started lead a team of 3 about a month ago at my current job and don’t want to lose leadership experience but have been told my YOE would map to a Program Manager level at Google.

29, Currently a Deli Manager with over 3 years experience. I am completely burned out. I need a immediate career change we’re I can continue to support my self. I have experience in Banking, Real Estate, Shipping, caregiving, and the obvious retail experience.
