I'm on Call in Outpatient Lab for 1 year 10 months. My 2 years will be coming up in 2 months. I just moved out on my own. Rent went from being $600 to 2K a month. I'm in a medical office building, not a hospital. Should I transfer oncall to a hospital for more hours? Should I wait and see what happens? 1 out of the 3 employees who were on medical leave came back this week. The other 2 are coming back in September, so hours.

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer.
