How do filmmakers find investors?
Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.

I’ve had those before, they didn’t last for a long time and subsided after I dealt with the underlying stress and focused on good skeep hygeine, making sure I went to bed at a regular hour, bought comfy new pillows and duvet, added nice scents to room and a fan for white noise.
What’s stressing you out? Is it something that you can take steps to address? That’s probably the root cause of it. Hope you get a restful sleep tonight.
^^^ The subconscious can run rampant while you’re asleep, so try to get to the bottom of it.
I get hypnogogic and hypnopompic hallucinations, which is when you are REM dreaming without actually being asleep, but I take medication and they don’t happen anymore. But they were awwwful, always really scary things happening in my real surroundings. And they happened when I was really tired/sleep deprived or stressed. The difference between night terrors and these hallucinations is you can’t move your body during a night terror.
Yes I totally understand the buzzing thing. It’s all neurological stuff, it’s hard to wrap the brain around root causes. Nothing worked for me except medication but I have a couple different neurological diseases aside from the sleep stuff.
I don’t get that but i do occasionally get tremors when i lay down. It’s almost like my body is reminding me that i have a whole lot of pent up stress vibrating through my body. the first time it happened i got really worried and went to my GP who ran a bunch of tests and sent me to a cardiologist, their collective diagnosis was high levels of stress.
Since then i do a few things before bed/at the end of the day.
To release all that stress i love to do a legs up on the wall yoga pose, it gets all the lymph moving and recirculates the blood after sitting for so long. Most people do this on the floor but i do it in bed and just lay there with my legs up on the wall for at least a half hour.
Then i like to dab on some essential oils (usually lavender and eucalyptus) and take a hot shower. The hot water amps up the nice scent while i’m just lounging before shampooing, washing, etc.
After that i usually try to do a guided meditation or listen to something quick in the headspace app.
They key is to just try and relax your body and mind, i wish you a peaceful good night of sleep.
Yea I’ve had them before too when I was really stressed out. Once I eliminated some of the stress and started working out a little more they went away. I also talked to my doctor about my anxiety and the medicine they put me on really helps. Talk to your doctor about a sleep aid too like trazadon of gabbapentin. If you wanted a more natural solution, try a lavender, lemon balm and linden tea. The lavender helps with anxiety, the linden helps with sleep and the lemon balm just hits like Xanax lol. It sucks that you’re going through this. Hope you feel better soon!
I get them, along with Exploding Head Syndrome. The latter is a result of the meds I’m on (🙃) but the night terrors are brutal. I wish I had a better solution for you.
If stress is the cause, I’d suggest taking some time off. Being stressed is one thing, but when sleep goes out the door with it, it’s just not sustainable long-term.
Also talk to your doc. Maybe there suggestions that can help you sleep deeper so your conscious mind doesn’t keep rolling after your body has shut down for the night. Camomile, melatonin & hot baths tend to help lull me away more comfortably.
there are a number of things you can do. from talking to a doctor if it's debilitating to meditation . meditation works! but it's important to keep at it. I recommend the book ' why buddhism is true' by robert right. it's very helpful for understanding why it's so effective. if you have a really good primary care doctor , they might want to look at causes ie; sleep apnea, stresses etc.... than you may want to go to a coach or therapist to help support you through the fear. coaches deal with your present and your future , helping you to get out of the stuck places. therapists work with the past ..... good wishes!!
