Hello Everyone,

I have been working as an Associate PO for over 1 year now and would like to understand how do I better myself at the job role. Are there any specific certifications or courses that I should look forward to completing to get a better edge. Also would like to know what could the future hold from here (potential roles, jobs, etc.).

Any help would be appreciated.

Im currently studying Industrial Engineering with a minor in management. I’m interviewing currently for consulting, and theres a VC course at my school that seems really interesting but I can’t fit it into my schedule without removing the last class I need for my minor. Would not getting that minor do any harm to me short or long term? Im thinking that if I end up at consulting especially no one will care about a management minor they’ll just look at the firm I worked for.

I’m a recruiter who would like to eventually pivot to HR but I don’t have an HR degree. I’m considering pursing a Masters degree however am torn between HR or Org Psych/Org Development. Would love to hear folks’ perspective of either degree!

But anytime I wanna talk about it, the stress and nerves overwhelm me and my eyes start welling up. Idk how to control it.

Just walked out of REG and I feel like I did really good on the first 3 testlets but then got destroyed on the last 2.

2 of the sims I'll probably score 25% on. 2 other sims I'll probably score between 50% and 70%. The rest of the sims I feel good on and I think I got the research question right.

Really hope it was enough to pass. Anyone have a similar experience and still pass?
