Ok guys. This week I challenged myself to not eat at restaurants at all. I figure I would save money and lose some weight. I mealed prepped all my meals (chicken and veggies). What I found was I saved a money, gained a pound🤷‍♂️, and had an extra hour of free time each day.

I’m currently being considered for a job and received a call last week from HR to discuss the organization’s health/retirement benefits and what my salary expectations are. Still no official offer yet, but I was told that the process could take some time. Is the call from HR a good sign? I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF.
