Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

Been for a company for over 2years. The executive team is very much a boy's club. There are a few women in management roles but zero ethnicity diversity there. I raised my concern to HR in feb. And they are just now deciding to do something about it. They want me (white female) to put together a diversity committee. Any suggestions on how to go about it? First time BDR here 3 months into my role and really struggling to book qualified meetings. The BDR that had my territory last was one of the worst performing on the team and since he inherited a new territory he’s been a top performer.
