Hey man, not in CA but pulled the local intergroup (AA organization) website for you. It’s can be a tough slog at first but it’s 100% worth it, and it works if you work it. Good luck!

You sound like your priorities are straight. When I got out of rehab, I didn’t got to AA. I didn’t get a sponsor. I didn’t go to sober living. I made it maybe two months on my one before ending up right where I started. It was pretty bad. Finally came to AA and have three years sober now.
I suggest trying a few of the meetings on the list from the first comment. Listen to the shares and find someone who you relate to and seems to have the kind of recovery you want for yourself. Ask that person what other meetings they go to and maybe ask them to sponsor you.

Highly recommend getting the aa meeting finer app. (as well as everything AA)
