Is anyone else impacted by the stimulant shortage? If so, how are you maintaining productivity during the days/weeks in between prescription refills?

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.

I am not only an educator, but a therapist as well in my spare time. I have found that having strategies to share with others has actually improved my mental health. Am willing to share with you....

Regarding these interviews: I’ve smoked pot exactly once, about 15 years ago. Do no other drugs. If I disclose that when I ask, is that a problem?

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. Hey there! I am currently taking Adderall and thinking about switching to Vyvanse. Those of you that have taken Vyvanse, did it affect your sleep or caused weight loss?

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. It seems rude when she says it, and she follows it up with “I say that because I love you” which i feel is so unprofessional all around. Anyone have guidance on how to handle this?
