Which is best for wlb,long term project or immediate project allocation after releasing project

I am having 14 years experience and 10 years in TCS and recently relieved from TCS.

I have recently joined NTT DATA. But realised that I am not really liking the project and work here. on top of that they are asking to come back to office. I have offer from other company (WFH) and aware of the work which I want. Should I put my resignation after 2 months of joining in NTT? What could be the negetive impact here?

What is the process to take release from a project in Mphasis ?

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. My position title is changing soon but I’m wondering how helpful that would be for wanting to go into PM work at a tech company. Anyone have any career pivot advice? (Also I’m only 1.5yrs old in my career so I’m definitely still new, and I have previous experience as a project assistant).

Sometimes a client is so horrible I selfishly wish they would just fire us and end the misery.

Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.

I read an interesting article from Accenture about using APIs in RPA projects. I always wondered why I haven't seen anyone RPA project where we used APIs. It just seems to enhance the process...

I recently took up a Customer Success Manger role at a engineering software company. Previously I was a Project Manager at the same company but wanted to move out of my engineering services role. They have asked me to submit document only for last employment for BGV which first advantage is doing. And offer letter mentions to submit only exp/relieving letter for last 2 employers as applicable while joining.
