Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I’m not going back to school for masters unless a few conditions are met. 1- the job requires it. 2-my company will pay for it. 3-it will teach me something I can’t learn elsewhere
I would love to hear feedback on this I’ve been an administrative assistant for 7 years and I’m debating on finishing my degree.
Many companies have announced in recent months that they will be doing away with degree requirements and focusing more on skills and experience. If you are lacking certain skills, then a degree or a certificate are great ways to beef up your skill set.

I have a bachelor's in business administration and an MBA. I found the bachelor's got me a lot more interviews. I think having the masters on the resume got me less. Perhaps people assumed I was overqualified. I didn't get that degree for the job. I got it because I like to learn and to one up my brother 😂 Anyway, once I removed the masters, I did better with the job search.
Insightful! That the Masters got you less interviews.
