Is it possible to take a week off as a SDR? Context: family trip has been booked for 2 years and falls for a whole week this upcoming summer. I just got this job so im not sure what to do. I’ve done some research (Reddit and quoras) and it’s mostly been in between screw what management says and flat out “no, you’ll miss quota”. Wanted to get opinions in here about if that seems possible. My quotas are monthly. Do I tell them? Do I miss the trip? Thanks in advance.
