I am thinking PgMP certification vs Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. Manager at Accenture (70k£ base + 5000£ allowance, this would be a promotion)

What is the typical team size a Deloitte Manager leads? I have about a year of experience leading a small team (3-5 people) and am at the Associate level at Booz Allen.

Would I be better suited for Deloitte SC or Manager level? I have 8 YOE total and 3 YOE in consulting. I have plenty of experience managing workstreams, just not a lot of people management. Not afraid of a challenge but also don't want to set myself up for failure if I'd be expected to jump in and manage 50+ person teams...
