How is epam anywhere health insurance plan?
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

What do you mean by enough? You can’t just go out in a Heattech turtleneck. But I’m very fine with an Extra or Ultra long sleeve and my North Face puffer
Layers, but different materials are key.
Insulator: Believe it or not, air is your best insulation. Your base later should have a looser weave or built-in air pockets (like the classic waffle fabric of thermal gear). If you plan to sweat, a moisture wicking under armour type goes under this insulation. You want the sweat off of you, but kept warm by the insulator.
Warmer: I like my next layer to be a bit thicker to trap the warmth like a blanket. This is my hoodie/sweater layer, but can be multiple thin layers if seeing in a different style.
Blocker: My outer layer is the wind and water blocker. If you can't wear a traditional wind/waterproof coat, then loose clothing blocks wind as well.
The rule is that one layer can't do multiple jobs. You need at least 3 (insulator, warmer, blocker).
KPMG - OP was talking about being outside, so I was talking about being outside. If I know most of my time is going to be spent inside, I do not layer, hell I probably won't wear a jacket at all. If only going from my car to indoors, I'm in my hat then a hoodie or sweater.
I find parkas to be overkill. I've never owned one aside from whatever my parents put me in as a child to literally play in the snow. That said, a parka is literally a layered coat featuring the two outer layers I mentioned. When combined with the heattech, you've got the 3 layers I mentioned. You do like layers 😉
Layers are really the key. Heattech is good as a base layer, but silk is better.
Agree with layers. Icewear Merino products are brilliant.
I use heat tech as base layers when I ski.
Heattech alone isn’t enough but heattech as a base layer is awesome! I like to layer on top a merino wool sweater, Uniqlo Seamless Down short coat, and a scarf to stay warm.
You can find merino wool sweaters at the thrift store if you’re looking for a cost friendly option. I would invest in a good quality coat :)
Ultra warm plus layers
Good enough for me in Chicago.
Yes they’re great as base layers for skiing or for layering in New England winter.
I purchased windproof fleece lined pants at Uniqlo in the past. Not sure if they still sell them, but they’re amazing. They don’t even need to be layered but can be.
As others have said, layer up!
You need a better quality winter jacket, ie Mackage shows you the temperature range for each jacket. Heat tech is good as undershirt for a thick sweater if you for skiing.
Beating a dead horse here, but the word enough doesn't even make sense in this context, it's obviously cannot be the only thing you're wearing, layers are the name of the game.
You will need to wear a heat tech or similar thermal shirt, then another shirt, then a mid layer, and a good jacket. If it's -10c and you're going to be spending time outside.
Try base layers from Marks Warehouse if ure in Canada
Layer up and get a Canada Goose jacket.
If you get a jacket like a Canada goose you don’t need to layer
Do you all wear base layer underpants? In commute vs in the office?
(Assuming public transit)
